Objective:
The client
wanted to provide buyers of high-end condominiums in two resorts
with a closing gift that was appropriate and matched the
standards and quality of the
resorts. Since some buyers invested in both locations, the
client wanted to make sure that they did not receive the same
gifts twice. The client did, however, want the gifts to
compliment each other.
Result:
The
client opted for two similar-but-different gifts. The
first was a Cabana
Bay Robe & Accessory Gift Set, featuring a Turkish Shawl Collar Robe
and a Grooming Set. The second featured an
Egyptian Cotton Spa Towel with a Grooming Set and Bath Set.
For each gift set, the products were placed inside a cloth-lined
wicker basket,
tied with a ribbon and included a "thank you" note. After
closing, the appropriate gift set was individually shipped to
the buyer. In the end, the buyers loved their gifts and
Cay Clubs was very pleased with the positive feedback they
received.
