Acceptable formats for screenprinting:
Adobe Illustrator Version 10.0 (for MacIntosh): Create all fonts to
outlines, then save as both an "ai" (Adobe Illustrator) file and as
an "eps" file. Files created in Corel Draw may be exported as an
"ai" file. This process automatically converts the fonts to
outlines. In Corel/PC language, "converts to curves" is the same as
the MacIntosh Language "Create Outlines." For Adobe Photoshop (Mac
or PC), save file as "tiff" or "jpeg" for transfer over e-mail (no
larger than 1 megabyte). Four-color-process files created in "RGB"
format must be converted to "CYMK." The minimum requested "dots per
inch" (DPI) size is 300dpi. Try to keep file size under 20
megabytes, and save to a CD.
-
Unacceptable file formats:
QuarkXpress, pdf (unless it is a native Illustrator file), MS Word,
or MS Power Point.

Embroidery must include a color sequence sheet. Unacceptable file
formats: QuarkXpress, pdf, MS Word, or MS Power Point.

A fax or color printout (for
verification purposes) is required when sending or emailing
digitized artwork. Artwork not submitted electronically should be
sent on compact disc or 3.5" floppy with color printout. For quality
control purposes, always supply your thread colors, sewing
instructions, and stitch count. If you email artwork to us, always
fax us a copy. When sending art that needs to be digitized, please
indicate "this art is to be digitized" with your submission.
Submissions without this information may be discarded.
